Mission: The Silverstream College Board of Proprietors (the Board) is a Charitable Trust and is registered with the Charities Commission. The Trust was established by the Society of Mary of Marist Fathers (the Society). (c) To exercise the powers and do all things that may be properly done by a Proprietor of an integrated school under and pursuant to the provisions of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975 and in pursuance of the terms of the integration agreement. (d) To do all such acts, matters or things in futherance of all or any of the foregoing objects
