To preach and render instruction in the teaching of Sikhism based on Guru Granth Sahib Ji and conduct religious services as required by the followers of Sikhism. To promote and foster better understanding among the people of NZ of Sikh Religion and join with other Sikh Institutions for the awareness of the Sikh rights and obligations in NZ. To promote the Punjabi Culture and Heritage and integrate it harmoniously with life in NZ. To hold religious festivals, seminars, youth camps and courses.
