Shirley Estelle Owen Charitable Trust

The Charitable Trust was set up to pay an income in perpetuity to Blind Low Vision for the purposes of supporting their programmes to enable blind and low vision persons in their pursuit of musical training, including tuition fees, purchase of musical instruments and access to braille music. A portion of the funds may also be used in the production of braille music.
