SHE (Support, Heal, Empower) Vision is to see an equitable society free of family harm. Our mission is to empower our community to create safe and healthy lives free of family violence. Goals: 1. We will serve our community by providing safety, support, advocacy, counselling, and education with the aim of eliminating family harm. 2. We will provide an empowering, inclusive, non-judgmental service for those experiencing family harm. 3. We will work from a best-practice position for clients, employees, stakeholders, and our partners. 4. We will uphold sound, ethical governance by way of an active Board of Trustees, robust policies and processes, and effective leadership.
