Schooled Limited

The purposes of Schooled Limited are fully described within clause 2 of its Constitution and are given effect to at, and in relation to, early childhood centres and primary and secondary schools in New Zealand. These purposes include (a) the advancement of education through funding and programmes; (b) providing cost-efficient services to educational entities; (c) providing financial and educational assistance to students; and (d) other charitable purposes consistent with the above purposes.
