To stand possessed of the Trust Fund both capital and income and in the sole and uncontrolled discretion of the Trust Board to use and apply the income, or such part thereof in and towards the making of grants for charitable purposes, especially for the benefit of youth, including the relief of poverty, the advancement of education or religion or any other matter beneficial to the community.
