(a) Undertake fire prevention and suppression measures to respond to and extinguish vegetation fires, and respond to other emergencies as directed. (b) Provide training services to members of the Society to ensure their competency at emergency incidents in accordance with standards set by the Parent Authority / Agency; (c) Ensure facilities, equipment and crew competency are adequate to meet (a) and (b) above
