To educate the public about Reefton area history; to foster the public interest in Reefton area history; to collect/restore railway equipment to enhance the Reefton Railway Precinct; to preserve, operate and maintain the Reefton Oddfellows Hall, the Reefton Courthouse, the Reefton Railway Station and Engine shed with leased land from Kiwirail for Rail Activities
