Reanz Trust Board

(a) To further the education of the public of New Zealand in matters related to the philosophy and practice of Reggio Emilia pedagogy in the cultural context of Aotearoa New Zealand. (b) To provide professional learning opportunities for New Zealand teachers about the educational practice of Reggio Emilia. (c) Without in any way limiting the generality of the above two purposes REANZ Trust shall have the following purposes: (i) To promote encounters and transform thought. (ii) To undertake, promote and support research and development relating to Reggio Emilia pedagogy. (iii) To act as an educator, researcher, trainer and advocate at all levels for the needs and interest of those persons involved with the Reggio Emilia pedagogy and on whose behalf it is pursued. (iv) To recommend the distribution and allocation of funds to promote and implement the Reggio Emilia pedagogy. (v) To devise stragetiges to see that the trust has the required funds to operate effectively. plus (vi)
