To receive, hold, manage and administer the Trust Fund for Charitable Purposes including, without limitation: - develop Iwi housing strategy to improve the health, social and economic wellbeing of Ngāti Raukawa and its communities. - advance infrastructure initiatives to meet housing needs and aspirations - support skills development (financial literacy, land & property dev) - foster research into Māori land development models - other Charitable Purposes as beneficial to our communities
