Rangitikei Toy Library Incorporated

To operate a Toy Library service which is planned and operated in a way that meets the needs of children aged up to eight years old. Specifically, to: a) bring good quality, well designed and appropriate toys and equipment within the reach of children in order to help them reach their full potential, and b) provide a well balanced service for children which responds to their physical, social, emotional and intellectual development and which respects the cultures of all families/whanau.
