• To provide health and social services and support for Whanau in a manner which upholds Tuhoe values, Kaupapa and Tikanga and ahuatanga Maori; • To provide health and social services and support for Turoro in a manner which upholds Tuhoe values, Kaupapa and Tikanga and ahuatanga Maori; • To work in partnership with and foster networks among other health and social service agencies and workers who are providing services to such Whanau and Turoro in order to demonstrate commitment to the Treaty of Waitangi and improve the quality and cultural safety of such services; • To otherwise develop, provide and participate in such other health activities and social services and Initiatives (and in particular Maori health activities and Initiatives) as the members in their discretion think fit; • To undertake research and development programmes to ensure education, health and social services activities are developed to meet the needs of the communities served; and • To do such acts, matters and t
