Mission

The object of establishing this Trust is to create a fund to be used exclusively for Charitable Purposes in New Zealand, and in particular the Indian community in the Franklin District and its environs including: (a) The relief of poverty; (b) Advancement of education; (c) Advancement of religion; (d) Other purposes beneficial to the community Trust shall use the Trust Fund to (a) Preserve, promote and foster the culture of the Indian community in the Franklin District and its environs by providing facilities and other resources for the use of members of the Association and other organisations interested in or with an affiliation to the Indian community; and (b) Identify, promote and carry out the charitable objects and purposes of the Association in the Franklin District and its environs; and (c) Manage the asset of the Association, to ensure the financial stability of the Association and the proper management of its accounts.
