Pukaki Village Holdings Limited has been established to acquire, hold and utilise property adjacent to Lake Pukaki to benefit and advance the charitable purposes of its sole shareholder, The Pukaki Trust (CC37263). Those charitable purposes are focused on promoting the practice of yoga, meditation and/or other means of providing individual health and wellness, and the intention is to develop a yoga retreat centre and deliver yoga/meditation courses and classes and other education initiatives.
