"3.1 Charitable Purposes: The Trustees hold the Trust Fund on trust to pay or apply so much of the capital and income of the Trust Fund as the Trustees think fit exclusively for or towards any one or more of the following charitable purposes, which are declared to be the purposes of the Trust within New Zealand, generally within the Northern Region: (a) To provide support both financial and otherwise for Community Organisations and for any Charitable Purpose; (b) To promote and encourage generosity among the people of New Zealand towards Community Organisations and any charitable purpose; (c) To establish and administer separate named funds within the Trust Fund to fulfil the wishes of individual donors who wish to support Community Organisations and any charitable purpose.
