Stimulate and foster the growth in opera audiences by actively involving youth in the process of the promotion and staging of opera performances 2. Extend the reach of opera by touring educational presentations to schools and tertiary institutions and involving those young audiences in an interactive and creative experience designed to entertain and inform. 3. Create a platform for youth, engaging and supportive enough, that they are inspired to challenge themselves artistically through their involvement and commitment. 4. Develop awareness amongst the wider community of the positive impact that participation in the arts can have for young 5. Engage in mentoring to provide useful and ongoing support to participants who may wish to consider a career in performance 6. Establish an ongoing education programme
