To Provide children in the 5 -13 year age group with programmes that can provide a range of recreational, educational and social opportunities which are well supervised, structured, safe and enjoyable. To provde and enviroment where parents/caregivers are secure in the knowledge of adequate care for their children and to support underpriviledged children in the community and provide them with a chance to participate in activities by offering programmes at low fees. To promote inclusion and development of various cultural and ethnic groups within Christchurch and New Zealand.
