To act always with due regards to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, to respect the cultural integrity of all groups in Porirua City, To provide accessible rental accommodation in the Porirua Community Services Centre for community organisations, individuals and other entities which provide community social services to the people of Porirua City and elsewhere in Aotearoa. To manage the area of Pember House known as the Porirua Community Services Centre on behalf of it's members, tenants and the community of Porirua City. to encourage, foster and promote the sharing of resources and a synergy of collaboration between community groups for their mutual benefit and the enhancement of their network. To foster community through the services provided by members to improve the quality of life, reduce disadvantage and increase the control people have over their own life.
