Poppycock Trust

The Trustees hold the Trust Fund on trust to pay or apply so much of the capital and income of the Trust Fund as the Trustees in their absolute discretion think fit exclusively for or towards any one or more of the following exclusively charitable purposes, which are declared to be the purposes for the Trust, namely; 1 - A Southland based charity that is focused on promoting the health, safety and wellbeing of children, young persons and their families within the Southland Community, 2 - A person or organisation actively promoting the health or safety of children, young persons and their families within the Southland Community, 3 - Organisations or persons that dedicate themselves to the support of Southland people who suffer hardship or in some way have been alienated by their community, 4 - Organisations or persons that aim to improve the lives of Southland people (and communities) through teaching on areas relating to the health, safety and wellbeing of individuals or communities, 5
