Piritahi Marae Trust

1. To represent the best interests of Piritahi Marae and in accordance with the following objects and purposes (Kaupapa) at all times. 2. To govern, administer and preserve Piritahi Marae Trust for the charitable purposes of providing and promoting education, health, social, cultural, spiritual, economic well being and community services that directly benefit whanau, hapu, iwi and the wider Waiheke Island community, whilst upholding Tainui whakaeke. 3. To work strategically and in collaboration with key local and central government bodies for the benefit of Piritahi Marae. 4. To carry on any other activities that advances the objects and purposes (Kaupapa) of the Piritahi Marae Trust.
