"The purposes of our Society are to: a) provide for and ensure the use, enjoyment, maintenance, protection and preservation of Rukuhia Domain, to the extent that the Incorporated Society's resources permit; b) provide development of the Domain as a recreational facility for the reseidents of Piopio and Waitomo District, including all interested sporting and community groups; and c) do anything necessary or helpful to the above purposes and in particular (but not without limitation) shall have power to borrow or raise money by debenture, bonds, mortgage and other means without security, but borrowing powers shall not be exercised other than by resolution of a Society meeting."
