To benefit the community and residents of the Hutt Valley and surrounding areas through: 1) Promoting rowing as an activity that develops and maintains health and well-being of participants. 2) Providing opportunities for people from a wide range of communities to participate in rowing in a safe and welcoming environment. 3) Ensuring the right facilities and equipment are available to enable this.
