This will be done by 1) Providing clients with support and, if appropriate, acting as their representative when dealing with Work and Income 2) Offering advocacy services to individuals when dealing with Work and Income to ensure that clients receive their lawful benefits and services provided by the agency concerned 3) Refer clients to other organisations to ensure a complete service
