1) establishing, maintaining and operating an educational training programme that will provide instruction on food preparation and food service for people with intellectual disabilities in a supervised, safe, caring positive environment 2) to use the gifts of people with intellectual disabilities in support of the food preparation and food service programmes for people and their families/whanau in the community in need 3) to be a link between the food industry and not for profit organisations
