Pasture Conferences Trust

To devote or apply both capital and income of the Trust Fund to or for any educational or other charitable purposes which are from time to time selected by the Trustees, and which are valid charitable purposes, including granting financial assistance towards educational research, conferences and events aimed at improvement in dairy farming knowledge and practice. The Trust owns 100% of the Shares in Pasture Conferences Limited (CC57507), which is a registered NZ charity with the same charitable purposes as the Trust.
