To promote the interests of the Diocesan School for Girls Auckland ("the School") in any way which will further the objectives for which the school exists. To promote the and to assist in the provision of facilities for, and activities of, the School. To promote and assist in the growth and development of the School. To promote and to aid schemes with have as their objectives the provision of financial and / or other assistance to education and learning, cultural pursuits and sports. To encourage and to facilitate consultation and co-operation between the members of the School, the parents of the students, and the staff and governing body of the School.
