Mission: At Parent Support we offer free service to families with babies or preschool children, who are in need to manage their way through a difficult/stressful time. We provide practical short term help (often within 24 hours notice) by way of child care, light household chores. Our aim is to help families before they hit rock bottom, by offering them practical and emotional support thus enabling them to gain their confidence & strength again. We believe that the welfare and interests of the child are paramount. By providing support to the caregiver in their home we are recognising the importance of strengthening the family unit. If the family unit is strong the children are more likely to thrive.
