With that Grant, the following pieces of work have been completed: Boundary fencing, Clearing the Pa site of scrub and some trees, Constructing an accessway from State Highway 12, Fencing and gating the accessway, Modifying State Highway 12 to meet NZTA requirements , making application for a Māori Reservation and a Restricted Roadway in the Māori Land Court. Now waiting on MLC hearings to complete the handover.
