Advance education by fostering the growth of street theatre as a performing art in New Zealand, including by: - fundraising to support buskers festivals such as in Christchurch; - enriching, maintaining and promoting art and cultural activities primarily in the area of outdoor performance, music, circus and cabaret; and -establishing, promoting and fostering community programmes, workshops, public classes and other activities relating to any aspect of all forms of outdoor performance
