Otaki Community Health Trust

As the Trustees see fit, to support promote and provide community health services in Otaki and its environs, including the interconnected spiritual (taha wairua), psychological (taha hinengaro), physical (taha tinana) and social (taha whanau) health of the individuals and groups making up the communities of the area. To promote and encourage such other charitable purposes in New Zealand as the Trustees may from time to time see fit.
