Otago Medical School Alumni Association Incorporated

(a) To stimulate interest in the historical and cultural background and the progress of the Otago Medical School, University of Otago and by so doing to assist in the advancement of medical education in New Zealand. (b) To collect and maintain archival material including records, artefacts, and memorabilia for housing in a historical museum with intent to support the Otago Medical School in its role to advance medical knowledge. (c) To disseminate information regarding the Association and its activities. (d) To arrange and hold meetings of the Association for the furtherance of any of the objects of the Association. (e) To co-ordinate the activities of the Association with those of similar existing bodies. (f) To seek donations and to manage and expend moneys for the above purposes, such expenditure to be confined wholly within New Zealand. (g)To do any act matter or thing which may appear to the Association to be incidental or conducive towards carrying into effect or attainmen
