(a) To provide or contribute buildings, grounds, facilities, amenities, educational equipment and books, capital works, and other assets or facilities for or in connection with the education, sport and welfare of students of Orewa College; (b) To assist individuals and Charitable Bodies to further any Charitable purposes within New Zealand, including, where applicable, making facilities available to the wider Hibiscus Coast community
