Op Shop for Breast Cancer Limited

The Company is a supporting entity for the Breast Cancer Research Trust and has been incorporated exclusively for charitable purposes within New Zealand, and to apply the income and capital of the Company exclusively to the promotion and assistance of research into the cause, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of breast cancer, and education work of the same within New Zealand and to do all such things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of those charitable purposes.
