To receive, hold, manage and administer the assets of the Society to fulfil the whaingaroa and kaupapa for every charitable purpose, whether it relates to the relief of poverty, advancement of education or religion, or any other matter beneficial to the people both within and without the rohe of Mohua and which are charitable according to the law of New Zealand.
