The mission of the Trust shall be, to provide support, assistance and rehabilitation to people experiencing mental health problems, to provide advocacy support for people experiencing mental health problems, to provide information on mental health issues to those people and their families experiencing mental health problems and to members of the community in general, and in particular the Trust will, operate a Community Mental Health Centre at Oamaru for the support and benefit of people experiencing mental health problems
