(a) to establish and maintain a chamber orchestra or symphony orchestra comprised of persons in Whangarei. (b) to promote and foster music in the community, particular amongst Whangarei people. (c) to support and foster the orchestral education and training of its members, ensuring that such education is provided in the Christian faith as set out in the Holy Scripture.
