To Provide tenancy options with in-house care to people with physical and intellectual disabilities enabling them to live within the community in an environment conducive to their lifestyles. To provide to properties, as described above, including management of maintenance and upkeep of grounds; rental payments by tenants; financial assistance for tenants's household needs; negotiations with landlord's including the purchase of houses and properties suitable and appropriate for members needs. Employing and providing leadership and guidance to a person(s) who shall carry out the functions of the Trust as directed by the Chairperson of the Trust. Applying for funding assistance in respect of wages or salaries, furniture, equipment, supplies and any other resources they deem necessary to achieve the charitable purposes of the Trust
