(i) to represent the Wharepaia hapu and their descendants, (ii) to build the capability and capacity of the hapu, (iii) to receive grants from the Ngati Awa Treaty Settlement for the benefit of the Wharepaia hapu and to invest such grants for the growth and development of the Wharepaia hapu and its descendants; and (iv) all things incidental to the charitable objects described in points (i) through (iii).
