Purpose is to provide community and home based care services which will assist to foster the moral, intellectual, spiritual and social life of the Ngati Ranginui Iwi within New Zealand, for the benefit of the charitable purposes of the shareholder, such purposes to be promoted by the payment of dividends or other revenue or capital distributions to the shareholder.
