The Settlement Quota, the Income Shares and all other assets of the Company whether of a revenue or capital character and all accretion to those assets are to be held by the Company as Trustee for the benefit of the charitable purposes of the Shareholder, such purposes to be promoted by the payment of dividends or other revenue or capital distributions to the Shareholder.
