Ngā Tūmanako Whitianga Charitable Trust Board

The Trust has been established to be a conduit connecting all things Māori to the people. The Trust's purposes are: To promote and educate New Zealand communities on Māori arts and culture; To promote treaty partnerships on Māori arts and cultural pursuits in Whitianga and surrounding areas; To arrange and provide community fundraising events in Whitianga, Wharekaho, and other surrounding areas; and To build and run a community marae in or around Whitianga for the benefit of all who visit.
