New Zealand Chinese Language Week Charitable Trust

The mission of the Trust is the advancement of education in New Zealand by promoting the use of and preserving the Chinese language and culture in New Zealand. To encourage and implement a "Chinese Language Week" in New Zealand; To provide financial support and encourage the learning of the Chinese language and Chinese culture as a second language in New Zealand; To enhance dialogue and advancement opportunities for learning and teaching Chinese language and Chinese culture through the integration of Government, educational, business and community interests; To promote awareness and build appreciation of Chinese language and Chinese culture in New Zealand.
