Mission: The New Zealand Chinese Culture and Arts Association is a registered charitable trust. We are a group of local migrants, most of whom are first or second generation settlers in Wellington region. We all enjoy our lives in New Zealand and are also proud of our culture and identity. We are very keen on embracing members from all cultural backgrounds and promoting our values as one community. Members of our group have been meeting regularly for cultural activities since 2006, and have performed for the local Chinese community on many occasions and events. In 2007, members were honored to attend the official ceremony of the launch of 2008 Beijing Olympic Campaign in New Zealand at Parliament. Since then, we have attended a number of important events, including the celebration of the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relation between New Zealand and China at Parliament in 2015. We provide charitable performance services to all NZ communities.
