New Plymouth RSA Support Trust

The purpose of the New Plymouth RSA Support Trust is to provide welfare assistance to the indigent, aged, sick, disabled or infirm Returned Service persons, and Ex Service persons, their spouses and dependents. the Trust may also contribute to the education, by way of grants or scholarships, to people who are eligible under clause 2a and 2b of the New Plymouth RSA Support Trust Deed.. The purpose of the Trust shall in all cases be limited to within New Zealand. The Trust Fund is for the charitable purposes as defined in Part 1V of the Charitable Trust Act 1957 and Sections 61a thereof or any Act passed in substitution for the said Act, and charitable purposes as defined in the Charities Act 2005
