Nelson Tasman Justices of the Peace Association Incorporated

To carry out the functions of Justices of the Peace, primarily certifying copies of documents, witnessing statutory declarations and affidavits, and presiding in Court over minor offences and remand applications, in a non-political and non-sectarian manner, having in view the oath of loyalty sworn by all Justices at their swearing-in to be true to the Crown and uphold the Law and Constitution without fear or favour, affection or ill will, all entirely without charge.
