Neighbourhood Support South Taranaki Incorporated

Our purpose is to make South Taranaki a safer and more caring place in which to live and work. To develop safer and more caring communities through education and building group membership numbers. To assist in reducing the instances and effects of crime, particularly in Neighbourhood Support areas. To educate Neighbourhood Support members in becoming self-sufficient during times of emergency and disaster. Aiming to expand our current networks within communities, supporting existing activities and facilitating the establishment of new groups. The formation of these networks armed with the information they receive and are able to share helps keep the community well informed, thus making our community a safer place in which to live, where all have an increasing pride and respect in their schools, homes, families and the community.
