Muslim Association of Taranaki Incorporated

1) To establish and maintain highest standards of Islamic teachings in accordance with teachings of Holy Quran (the holy book) and Sunnah ( teachings of Prophet Muhammad ). 2) To maintain public image of Islam and Muslims in Taranaki. 3) To assist and work on strengthing the Islamic community in Taranaki through welfare and other Islamic activities. 4) To hold the association fund for the benefit of the charitable purposes and objectives of the Association. 5) To undertake purchase and construction and maintenance of an Islamic center / Mosque in New Plymouth. 6) To raise money for the purposes and objectives of Association. 7) To receive donations, gifts, legacies.
