Muriwai Community Recovery Charitable Trust

The objects and purposes of the Trust are to carry out charitable purposes within the meaning of section 5 of the Charities Act 2005, principally to relieve the suffering arising as a consequence of Cyclone Gabrielle and its effect on the Muriwai and other West-Coast communities in Auckland. This includes the relief of poverty, hardship and suffering arising from the effects of Cyclone Gabrielle and other charitable purposes beneficial to the communities affected by Cyclone Gabrielle.
