Molyneux Turf Incorporated

The Trust was established by a group of people who wished to bring about and promote the construction of a multi-purpose sports turf in Alexandra suitable for hockey and other sporting activities. The objects of the society are to benefit the general public within the Central Otago area by making available and promoting the multipurpose sports turf for recreational use. Promoting the good health of the community is also an object of the society by enhancing opportunities to use the sports turf for all ages. The society will also be promoting the education of youth through the facilitating of recreational opportunities using the sports turf. This will be brought about through providing opportunities for coaching clinics for the various sporting codes and availability for schools to utilise as part of their physical education programmes.
