Use community led development principles to work alongside Eastside Rotorua communities as they become Child- Friendly. Work collaboratively, using a strength-based approach to increase the capability and capacity within our communities and to reduce inequity. Advocate on behalf of our Eastside communities for the resourcing they require to meet their immediate needs and then their aspirations. Support and deliver programmes and initiatives that contribute to achieving our mission and vision.
